What is the pricing for all the rental options?
We do have base pricing, however given the unique nature of the facility and the requests we receive, we quote each rental on an individual basis. 

Do you require a deposit to hold the venue, if so how much?
Yes, 50% at time of booking and remainder due date of rental 

Do you require a damage deposit and if so, what are the conditions?
In some cases we will, depending on the setup and circumstances of the individual event.

What are the decorating restrictions?
All decorations must be cleaned up and the house and surrounding area left as it was when you found it.  Decorations cannot interfere with ranching operations or impact environment – otherwise, we love it when our guests make our place pretty! 

Do you allow outside caterers/food?
Yes.

Do you supply or charge for tables, chairs and linens, and if so how much?
There is a limited supply available, we do encourage 3rd party options

How early is the venue available for vendors to begin setting up?
Again due to the unique nature of each guest, we prefer to work out those details with you individually for the day. 

Do you offer any special rates for events ending early?
We have a half day rate (4 hours) or a full day rate (8 hours) – those wishing to extend to an entire day, we can combine and give a slightly discounted rate for 12 hour rentals.  Rentals are quoted on a daily basis, multiple day bookings are also packaged for a discounted rate.  

Do you allow overnight stays? 
Our facility does not have overnight accommodations at this time.
